We build the dashboards, automations and apps that do the repetitive work your team is doing by hand, shaped around how you already operate and maintained by us for as long as you use them.
Know where you stand without asking anyone. Every figure that decides your week, pulled from the tools you already run, on one screen that is never out of date.
One screen, every number
Updated without anyone touching it
Each person sees only their part
One screen that answers the questions you currently open four tools to answer. We connect to the systems you already run (your CRM, payment processor, spreadsheets, ad accounts) and pull the numbers that matter into a single live view. It updates itself, so the figure you see at nine in the morning is the figure that is true at nine in the morning.
What it includes
Live data pulled from the tools you already use
The metrics you actually decide on, not vanity numbers
Separate views for team, client and revenue, with their own access levels
Historical trends, so you see direction and not just position
Good fit if you’repiecing together numbers from spreadsheets, exports and three different tools before every meeting.
Service 02
Automations
The jobs nobody should be doing by hand, done. Calls answered out of hours, bookings taken, follow-ups sent, and only the exceptions ever reach a person.
Runs while the office is shut
Books straight into the diary
A human is pulled in only when needed
Most operations run on a series of small handoffs: someone copies a form response into a CRM, someone chases an unpaid invoice, someone rebuilds the same report every Monday. We map those handoffs and replace them with something that runs on its own, escalating to a person only when something genuinely needs judgement.
What it includes
Onboarding sequences that run start to finish
Reports built and delivered on a schedule
Follow-ups and reminders triggered by real events
Exception alerts, so you hear about problems and not routine
Good fit if you’respending the first hour of every day copying information out of one system and into another.
Service 03
Web Apps
Software shaped to how you work. The features your operation actually needs, and none of the ones you pay for and never open.
Built around your process
Each role sees their own view
Hosted and maintained by us
When off-the-shelf software stops fitting, most businesses bend their process around the tool and absorb the cost in workarounds. We build the tool around the process instead, an internal system that matches how your business actually works, with the features you need and none of the ones you pay for and never open.
What it includes
Built around your workflow rather than a generic template
Role-based access for staff, clients or contractors
Connected to the systems you already run
Hosted, monitored and maintained by us
Good fit if you’rerunning half your operation on workarounds because you outgrew the tool you started on.
Service 04
Mobile Apps
Your customers book and pay from their phone. On the App Store and Google Play, under your brand, built and looked after by us.
iOS and Android from one build
Booking, payments, reminders
Store submission handled for you
A client-facing app under your brand, on iOS and Android. Booking, messaging, content, payments: whatever your clients currently email you about, handled somewhere they can open on their phone. We build it, submit it to both stores, and handle the updates that follow.
What it includes
iOS and Android built from one codebase
Booking, messaging, content and payments
Push notifications for the things that warrant one
Store submission and ongoing updates handled for you
Good fit if you’refielding the same request from clients: something they can open on their phone.
How it works
Scoped, planned, then built
Phase 0101
A systems analysis
Free, and about thirty minutes. We map how your business runs today, where the repetitive work is, and what could be taken off your hands. You leave with that in writing, whether you go on to work with us or not.
$ analysis --run
→ mapping how the business runs
→ where the hours are going
Phase 0202
A written scope
Exactly what gets built and the date it goes live, set out on paper before any work begins. Nothing starts until you’ve seen it in writing and agreed to it.
$ scope --write
→ what gets built
→ the date it ships
Phase 0303
Live, then looked after
Two to three weeks for a first system. Once it’s live we keep it running, fix what breaks, and change it as your business changes — not a handoff, an ongoing job.
$ build --ship
→ live in your business
→ looked after from here

Common questions
What does the retainer cover?
Keeping what we built working — and improving it — is included. Building something new is its own piece of work, so it’s quoted on its own.
Included
Hosting and uptime monitoring
Maintenance and bug fixes
Copy and layout changes
Design and frontend adjustments
Ongoing performance improvements
Quoted separately
An entirely new system
New functionality inside an existing system
A major rebuild or redesign
When does the retainer start?
When your system goes live, not when work begins. You’re not paying a monthly fee for something you can’t use yet.
Will most projects carry a build fee?
Many won’t. It applies to unusually complex builds, and you’d know about it at the written scope stage, well before anything is built.
Could I be charged something I haven’t agreed to?
No. The retainer and any build fee are set out in writing before work starts, and anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it’s built.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Three months, then it rolls monthly. The first three months cover the build and the period where we’re still tuning it around how you actually work. After that you’re never locked in — if we’re not earning it, you can leave with a month’s notice.
How do I cancel, and what happens to my systems?
One month’s written notice, any time after the first three months. You always leave with a full export of your data in a standard format — that’s yours, unconditionally. Because we host and maintain what we build, the systems themselves stop running at the end of your final month. If you’d rather take them with you, we’ll quote a handover.
Do I own what you build?
Yes — your data, your configuration, and the parts built specifically for your business are yours. What stays ours is the underlying toolkit we bring to every project: the components, patterns and infrastructure that exist before we meet you. It’s the difference between a builder owning their tools and owning your house.
How long until it’s live?
It depends on scope: a single dashboard or automation is usually two to three weeks, a connected multi-system build four to eight, and a mobile app longer because of store review. You get a specific date in the written scope before you commit to anything, and we take on a limited number of builds at a time so the date means something.
